Review: Arnold Schwarzenegger Series Iron Whey Cookies ‘N’ Cream

Review: Arnold Schwarzenegger Series Iron Whey Cookies ‘N’ Cream Protein Shake Powder (iHerb & Vitacost)

Arnold, Iron Whey, Cookies'N' Cream, 32 oz (908 g)

I’ve been looking for alternatives to Quest Nutrition’s protein bars (since the quality has gone down hill), and Arnold Schwarzenegger Series Iron Whey Cookies ‘N’ Cream protein shake caught my eye. Cookies & Cream is my favorite taste when it comes to protein products (or an ice cream).

First of all, the package is HUGE, just look at the unboxing video, as it will show up the size better:

There’s plenty of empty space in that jar, what a waste! Really nicely designed green box.

How about the taste? With a cold milk it’s absolutely delicious (easily one of the best protein powders), but with a cold water it’s really awful! How the taste can be so different, is a total mystery to me.

Package says that the powder mixes easily, but I don’t recommend this without a shaker.

I’m gonna give this two separate  scores:

Score: 1/5  with a cold water

Score: 4/5 with a cold milk
