PUSA at Pokemon party – New song “Can’t Stop Catchin’ Em All”

The Presidents Of The USA is playing at Nintendo World store, March 5. Debuting new song “Can’t Stop Catchin’ Em All”

I knew I should have asked Chris more about the band rehearsals and the New York trip when we last time talked. Another late gig notice from the Presidents. 🙁

On March 5, at the Nintendo World store, fans will gather for a spectacular launch event and the chance to be among the first in the nation to buy the games in advance of their official March 6 release. Grammy-nominated alternative rock band The Presidents of the North America will perform a new song entitled “Can’t Stop Catchin’ Em All” written in celebration of the Pokemon Black Version and Pokemon White Version games.

Next video from the Superecord album by The Feelings Hijackers (TFH) should be up on early April. First video from the new album Soul Rollin’ has been viewed for over 42k times!

Next album by Caspar Babypants might be called AWAY WE GO! Some rumored featured artists are Outtasite, Beck, Krist Novaselic, Kim Thayil and Weird Al Yankovic. And rumored songs including Baa, Baa, Blacksheep (an English nursery rhyme), and Little Child (by The Beatles).

Of course it’s much easier to ask from the man himself, but rumours are much more fun!

Some interesting PUSA news: According to this Twitter message. There might be a Presidents of the USA live CD from the PUSAfest coming.

And the boy behind Pusabase is turning big 30 early next month (April 6), and on the very same day pusabase.com is turning 2 years old (correction: domain, not the site). Big party! Everyone invited!

HEY HEY!

I know I have not sent you am email in a while! So I wanted to say HI and let you know that the new album is coming along super nicely. I have a few amazing guests that are top secret right now but will be revealed in time and the songs are leaning toward call and response a bunch…you know…I sing something then YOU sing something! The album might be called AWAY WE GO! and Kate is working on a funny cover for it…I want to put it out in the fall…October I think…

I am gearing up to make a couple more videos for THIS IS FUN so look out for that soon too..!

There are a bunch of shows up on the SHOWS page on the site for you Washington State people (I might play at the Austin Childrens Museum in April! working on it!) so look for a gig near you…

Also the FUN-RAISERS are still up and ready to be downloaded. Exclusive one of a kind tracks for just $1.00 that benefit a couple of different charitable organizations I do work with in the area. Find them on the DOWNLOADS page near the bottom.

There is a great little interview that KUOW radio here in Seattle did with me about music and my mom and why I do what I do and that is on the HOMEPAGE of the site as well.
