There is only one live recording of the Presidents of the USA performing Devil In A Sleeping Bag (Willie Nelson cover), but that’s OK, because the performance & sound quality is great! Dave Dederer is a big Willie Nelson fan, and he told their manager (back in 1995) to get PUSA on Willie Nelson tribute album called “Twisted Willie”. PUSA recorded their tribute on Willie Nelson’s studio, and here’s a pic from the recording session:

Jilted On The Tarmac was first released on Chris & Tad album “Hand Me That Door” 2000. PUSA version was released on iTunes only release “Some Postman EP” back in 2004. Jilted On The Tarmac was first time played live at New Year’s Eve 2002. It was also played many times during the Love Everybody tour.
