I am doing super simple little demos of new songs for a THIRD record that I hope will be out in the early summer or maybe middle summer OR fall of 2010….got some AMAZING songs brewing…Also in the new year I will be working with my bandmates Ron and Fred to write a stage show version of our live thing that we hope to put on at childrens theatres around the area in the coming year….more on that as it develops…

Auburn Reporter has an article about Caspar Babypants. Nothing we haven’t read before.

Although Ballew said the Presidents are still together and just “cooling our jets” after more than a year-and-a-half of touring in support of their last album, he said he’s pleased by the response to the Babypants project and plans to continue performing and recording.

After several years of angst, travel, and recording (and re-recording!), I can finally offer you my first solo album, titled “Mercury Mine”. It’s got 12 songs packed into 33 1/3 minutes, and I think it turned out rather nicely. You can listen to a few tracks on my website:
