When you have suffered from knee pains long enough. You are more than happy to test pretty much every joint supplement there is available. I have tried so many different joint health products that I have lost the count. There aren’t too many supplements that I’m 100% happy.

I read plenty of raving reviews about the Vital 3 and Undenatured Type II Collagen. Of course I went to see iHerb’s selection, and soon noticed that not only you get similar products much cheaper, but they also contain much more Undenatured Type II Collagen.

Now Foods products are often hit or miss. Luckily this time the “UC-II, Undenatured Type II Collagen” product was well worth the price. I’m really glad that it worked with my knees. I take one capsule before the bedtime (to empty stomach) with water. And when I wake up, most of the knee pain is gone. Yes, the knee pains and joint stiffness returns during the day, but I’m really happy that I’m getting better quality sleep, and wake up without thinking about the knee pain!

Cartilage is one of the primary connective tissues of the body, providing flexibility and support to bone joints. Undenatured Type II Collagen is the principal structural protein in cartilage that is responsible for its tensile strength and toughness. Derived from chicken sternum cartilage, UC-II consists of Undenatured (native) Type II Collagen that works with the immune system to support healthy joints and promote joint mobility and flexibility. UC-II’s patent protected composition has demonstrated its efficacy in human clinical studies. NOW UC-II is enhanced with Aquamin Red Algae Minerals, a natural source of calcium and over 70 trace minerals.

I combine this product with Krill Oil, Nutrex JointAstin and Serrapeptase. I think I have finally found the combo that works the best. Some people say Cissus is one of the best products for knee pain, but I didn’t like the taste, and I didn’t work much with my case.

Now Foods’ Undenatured Type II Collagen was the cheapest I could find. One of the capsules was empty, but otherwise there’s not much to complain about.
