Review: Nature’s Way, Zinc Lozenges, Natural Berry Flavor, 60 Lozenges
Great sink lozenges with vitamin C, and Echinacea purpurea. We been using this during cold/flu seasons, and it relieves cough and other symptoms fairly fast. We are going to order more of Nature’s Way, Zinc Lozenges, before these ran out. Sink is pretty much the cheapest form, but we’ve been happy so far. Excellent for flu seasons.

Review: Now Foods, Rhodiola, 500 mg, 60 Vcaps
I’ve been taking out Now Foods rhodiola only before exercises to provide more energy. These have been helping me out nicely. Although I don’t think the quality level is near the Swedish
Herbal Institute’s “Artic Root” (SHR-5).

Review: Endangered Species Chocolate, Dark Chocolate with Deep Forest Mint, 3 oz (85 g)
If you are a fan of dark chocolate and mint, then this is a winner combo. This chocolate taste good, and it’s a great healthy “snack” to go with your morning coffee. Also a great gift idea. There isn’t too much cocoa (72%), and I’m sure other than dark chocolate fans would like this. It’s also from all natural ingredients.

Review: Frontier Natural Products, Organic Cacao Nibs, 16 oz (453 g)
This is the first time I have tried the famous cacao nibs. I don’t get it. These are really bitter, taste like alcohol and iron. Might go down within very low amounts mixed in within
something. Someone told me that all this healthy eating stuff, isn’t about taste. I disagree. :)

The nibs are made by roasting and breaking the cocoa beans into its naturally grown segments which are about 1 to 3 mm in diameter. The nibs are cleaned and calibrated.
Review: Carlson Labs, Chewable DHA, For Kids, Bursting Orange Flavor, 120 Chewable Soft Gels
When I first read the reviews about how hard is to chew these, I didn’t really take those reviews seriously, but these things really are that nasty (try it yourself!), and doesn’t taste that good. Too bad as the serving size, and quality seems to be fine otherwise. I won’t be ordering these again. I’m gonna look other products for kids.

Review: Alaffia, Liquid African Black Soap
We’ve been using this mostly for facial wash. Liquid African Black Soap is a long lasting African black soap. It comes in handy pump action bottle. Soap is unscented. It leaves skin just a bit too dry, and the bottle leaks bit from the pump part. Anyway. This is a pretty good liquid black soap.
