Iherb order – August, 2013 – Supplements for knee/joint health, hair and others
I haven’t done too many Iherb orders lately. The autumn is coming and I needed some refills. This time I ordered some supplements I’m familiar with. Same goes with the brands.
Iherb order #1 – Red Yeast Rice, Krill Oil and Salad Dressing
I rarely order only three products from Iherb, but this time the overall value went bit high, as I wanted to avoid any extra custom and tax costs.
Sadly, I have already ordered and tried all the free items that are available on iherb. So, no freebies this time. :( Hopefully more new free products come available later on.
Doctor’s Best, Best Red Yeast Rice 1200, with CoQ10, 1200 mg, 180 Tablets – $31.58
This wasn’t for me. I ordered this to my father. He wanted more Red Yeast Rice to help battle against high cholesterol.

Natrol, Omega-3 Krill Oil, 500 mg, 30 Softgels – $11.21
I’ve read plenty of good things about Krill Oil, and have always wanted to test it. Basic Omega 3 are good, but doesn’t help too much with joints. Hopefully provides more help with joints. Price was bit hight, but the serving size of one capsule helps a lot. Just a bit over 10 dollars for one month of omega products…not too bad after all. :)

Annie’s Naturals, Lite Goddess Dressing, 8 fl oz (236 ml) – $3.38
Best salad dressing so far. Bottle weight a ton, so I rarely get to order this one. International shipping weights cuts down plenty of iherb selection. :( Luckily this order only had two other items, so the weight didn’t go too high.

Iherb order #2 – Hair Conditioners and Cissus
Also the second order was little smaller, as the Cissus powder cost so much. Although, I really wanted to test it, so there was no option of leaving that one out. Same destiny with this order, no free items.
Primaforce, Cissus Bulk Powder, 1000 mg, 100 g – $25.74
Cissus is a totally new product to me. I have read plenty of good things about this from various message boards. Some people say that this is more effective than Glukosamin and MSM. Hopefully this helps with joint health, and takes away the knee pain.

Mill Creek, Henna Conditioner, 16 fl oz (473ml) – $5.74
We have been very happy with the previous Henna conditioner we’ve tried, and this time we are going to test another brand. It’s always fun to test new products. Henna conditioner works nicely with thin and brittle hair.

We have ordered this so many times in the past. One of the best hair products on iHerb.com. Another product that works nicely with thin and brittle hair.
