I recently read from a Finnish health magazine about the Vital 3 supplement, which is supposed to be a new miracle cure for the bad knees.

According to studies; Undenatured Type II Collagen helps with osteoarthritis of the knee better than glucosamine or chondroitin (source). So, maybe this stuff really works? Of course this got me interested, as I have tried many products to help relieve the knee pain.

Vital 3 isn’t the cheapest product, so I wanted to know if there is a cheaper alternative of it. I have used iHerb.com for many times with the supplement shopping, and there was one product that caught my eye; Now Foods, UC-II, Undenatured Type II Collagen

Which one should I get. Vital 3 or Now Foods, UC-II, Undenatured Type II Collagen?

Here’s my comparison between these two products:

Vital 3:

Conclusion

Product by Now Foods has many times time UC-II compared the Vital 3 product and it’s about twice as cheap! Also the product last longer.

Of course I had to order the Now Foods, UC-II, Undenatured Type II Collagen for the test. My review of it coming later. I also have Cissus supplement coming early next week. I’m gonna keep some time between these two products to see if I notice any difference.
