Magnesium products from Life Extension, Source Naturals, and Life Flo health ordered from iHerb. Liquid, capsules, and spray – Review to follow later

Magnesium is one of the supplements I take daily. I think it’s pretty essential, no more muscle cramps, migraines, headaches, helps with joints. It looks like that iHerb has now new magnesium products, and as always, I’m happy to try them out!

Here’s a list of products I have ordered.

Life Flo Health, Magnesium Oil Sport Spray, 8 fl oz (237 ml)

I have tried Life Flo Health’s magnesium oil before (see review), and I was pretty happy about it. This is slightly different “sports” version. Hopefully it’s even better.

Ingredients: Magnesium oil, polysorbate 20, arnica montana extract, menthol. mentha piperita (peppermint) oil, eucalyptus oil, l-carnosine.

Life Extension, Magnesium Caps, 500 mg, 100 Veggie Caps

This was pretty interesting product, as it has magnesium in various forms (as magnesium oxide, citrate, succinate, TRAACS magnesium lysyl glycinate chelate). Price wasn’t too bad either.

Source Naturals, Magnesium Serene, Berry Flavor, 5 oz (141.7 g)

Source Naturals, Magnesium Serene, Tangerine & Fruit Medley Flavor, 5 oz (141.7 g)

Source Naturals “Magnesium Serene” has ridiculous serving size (2 teaspoons and total of 800mg magnesium!), I doubt there is anyone whose stomach can handle that! I’m gonna take half teaspoons twice a day. There were two different flavors available “Berry” and “Tangerine & Fruit Medley). I haven’t tried liquid magnesium before, so I’m curious to see the results.
