Arnold Schwarzenegger Muscle Bar, Chocolate Brownie, 12 Bars – Iherb Review and Unboxing
It’s been once again way too long since the latest blog post here on High Score blog. I’ve been very busy with various things, but now I’m back with more reviews and unboxing videos.
This is the first time reviewing Arnold Schwarzenegger Muscle Bars here, but I have tasted Frosted Cinnamon bar previously from the Arnold brand, and it was surprisingly good.

How about the chocolate brownie? First thing you’ll notice is that these things melt quickly! As you can see from the unboxing video, the top part melts fairly easily. Box was stored inside the kitchen cabinet. I will recommend storing these on a fridge (well, that’s what I’ll do soon as I finish this review).
Texture is a bit too sticky, taste is fairly artificial, and surely there is some chocolate brownie taste hidden there somewhere. This is pretty average protein bar, when it comes to taste. Bars are really large, and packed with 30grams of protein per bar! The box says “When it comes to quality nutrition that tastes great while offering high quality protein and vitamins”. I don’t know what they mean by vitamins, as there’s only a low amount of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron and Calsium. Some bars have over 20 vitamins and minerals, this has great amount of whey protein. That’s about it.
One thing I cannot understand is the use of silicon dioxide, and titanium dioxide on these bars. Titanium Dioxide has been classified as possibly carcinogenic. That’s not a good thing.
If you wish to try Arnold Schwarzenegger muscle bars, try the Frosted Cinnamon Bun instead.
