Quest Nutrition makes protein bars with great “specs”. Plenty of protein and fibers. Great for a low carb diet. Taste isn’t always the greatest. My favorite from Quest Nutrition’s selection is Cookies and cream.
Review:
Packaging looks promising, like with many Quest Nutrition products, but that’s about it. Taste leaves a lot to desire. There’s once again too much stevia used, and overall the taste is way too sweet. Protein bar looks delicious thought (which is not a typical for Quest Nutrition bars). Texture is good, and mint pieces are nice.
