First this wasn’t wasn’t my favorite. Taste and texture was bit odd to me, maybe a hint of artificial taste, but with little help from cold milk, and microwave (short time to make these little softer and freshly baked feeling) turned these really delicious little meal replacement.
The box says that there’s two servings per brownie, but I couldn’t stop for half the brownie. These have plenty of sugar, so these works as energy booster, or a pre-workout treat.
With glass of milk and one full muscle brownie, I can replace one meal really easily:
