iHerb trial review: ShaSha Bread Co, Original Ginger Snaps, 1 oz (30 g)

I buy products from iHerb regularly, and I have found the iHerb trials page a great place to buy new products. When I saw the ShaSha Bread Co, Original Ginger Snaps on the trials page, I thought it was some sort of snack. Image doesn’t help much.

When the ShaSha Bread Co, Original Ginger Snaps arrived, I noticed that these are really small gingerbread biscuits. I have never heard them called ginger snaps. Maybe because I’m from Finland and they have a totally different name in here (piparkakku). Also has a similar name in Sweden (pepparkaka) and Norway (pepperkaker), and surely in other Scandinavian countries too….

…Back to review:

These are really small gingerbreads, but the taste is excellent, and that is what matters. Biscuits have just the right amount of spiciness from ginger and other spices. I was pleasantly surprised that all the cookies was in one piece.

This is a great little Christmas/winter snack that goes really well with a cold milk or coffee. Open up for new flavors? It’s easy to recommend these, while these are on sale. I just wish that the bag would have been little bigger.

Score: 4/5
