Protein Bar Review: Quest Nutrition, Protein Bar, S’mores (from iHerb)
Like I promised on my previous blog post. Here’s my review of Quest Nutrition’s latest protein bar “S’mores”.
It’s hard to compare these to S’mores as the taste has pretty much nothing to do with them. Although the picture on the box looks delicious. These taste like dough. S’mores protein bars also crumbles easily, which is new to me. I don’t remember that happened with other Quest Nutrition Bars.
There is also too much stevia for my taste, and the bitter stevia (liquorice like) aftertaste doesn’t go away for a long time. Hard to recommend these just with water.
Like with other Quest Nutrition bars these have great amount of protein and fiber, and only 1g of sugar.
Not the best or the worst protein bar I have tasted, but I doubt I’m gonna order these again. Cookies & Cream flavor remains my favorite from Quest Nutrition company.
