Music news: New Spotify Countries + Led Zeppelin!

Spotify launched today in 20 new countries. Now there are total of 55 counties where Spotify music service is available. For me the biggest news is that finally we’ll see some Led Zeppelin within the service!

We’re releasing two albums per day this week, starting today with Led Zeppelin and its almighty follow up, Led Zeppelin II. By Sunday, December 15, the full Led Zeppelin album catalog will be available to play as often as you like.

Now we just need some AC/DC and were good to go.

Spotify also announced their free listening with Android and Apple mobile devices. No word about Windows Phone 8 (WP8) support for the free service.

I have barely touched my MP3s when I joined the Spotify service back in 2008. It would be hard to go back to old days.  If you haven’t used Spotify before, it’s truly a great service.
